How Yoluko works
A proprietary system that maps the technology landscape of healthcare clinics across Australia and the UK, refreshed weekly.
What we do
Every week, Yoluko analyses 87,000+ clinic domains across Australia and the UK. For each domain, we build a full technology profile: what software the clinic runs, who works there, how patients book, and how the practice markets itself online.
The result is a structured, queryable dataset covering 114,000+ clinic locations and 87,000+ unique brands, updated every week. Not a one-time snapshot, but a living map of the market.

What we detect
Yoluko identifies software across 24+ technology categories, with deep coverage in healthcare-specific tools. We maintain a proprietary signature library covering 50+ PMS/EHR systems, 30+ booking platforms, and dozens of payment, CRM, telehealth, and marketing tools.
Detection goes beyond simple keyword matching. Our system interprets the full page context to accurately attribute tools, even when vendors use generic scripts or white-labelled integrations.
Plus firmographics: team size, clinic type, Google rating, review count, founding year, multi-location flags, and decision-maker contacts.
How signals work
Because we analyse every domain every week, we can generate migration signalsby comparing this week's results to last week's. These diffs surface real buying intent that no static database can capture.
A clinic replaced one vendor with another (e.g. moved from Best Practice to Cliniko)
A known tool disappeared from the website, often signalling active evaluation
A clinic added a tool for the first time (new booking widget, CRM pixel, etc.)
Team size increase, new location added, or rating milestone crossed
Weekly feed clients receive these signals every Monday. Monthly feed clients get a consolidated batch. One-shot extracts include a snapshot of recent signals for the requested segment.
What we don't do
No login or authentication
We never log into clinic systems, patient portals, or admin panels. All analysis is from publicly accessible pages.
No patient data
We do not collect, store, or process any patient information. Our dataset contains only business-level data: clinic names, staff names from public team pages, and technology signatures.
No invasive scraping
We respect robots.txt directives and rate-limit all requests. Our analysis reads what any visitor would see in a browser.
No survey dependency
Detection is fully automated from live website analysis. We don't rely on self-reported data, vendor partnerships, or user reviews.
