01What we do

Weekly intelligence on every clinic

Every week, Yoluko processes and cross-references 81,000+ clinic brands across Australia and the UK from multiple public sources. For each clinic, we build a full technology profile: what software it runs, who works there, how patients book, and how the practice markets itself online.

The result is a structured, queryable dataset covering 108,000+ clinic locations across 81,000+ brands, updated every week. Not a one-time snapshot, but a living map of the market.

02What we detect

24+ technology categories

Yoluko identifies software across 24+ technology categories, with deep coverage in healthcare-specific tools. We maintain a proprietary detection system covering 50+ PMS/EHR systems, 30+ booking platforms, and dozens of payment, CRM, telehealth, and marketing tools.

Each clinic is cross-referenced across multiple data sources. The core challenge is attribution: cleaning, joining, and disambiguating signals to accurately identify specific products, even when vendors white-label or share infrastructure.

Plus firmographics: team size, clinic type, Google rating, review count, founding year, multi-location flags, and decision-maker contacts.

03Data freshness

Weekly cycle, not quarterly

Most healthcare data providers update quarterly at best. Yoluko runs on a weekly cycle, so you always work with data that reflects the market as it is today, not six months ago.

Wednesday

Delivery

Updated dataset delivered to feed clients

Migration signals are generated by diffing each week against the previous one. If a clinic switches its PMS on Thursday, the signal shows up in Wednesday's delivery.

04Detection confidence

Every detection is scored

Not all detections carry the same weight. We assign a confidence level to every identification so you know exactly how much to trust each data point.

Strong

Unambiguous identification from multiple corroborating signals. Example: a vendor-specific integration that can only belong to one product.

Medium

Clear identification from a single reliable source. Accurate in the vast majority of cases, but with a small chance of misattribution in edge cases.

Inferred

Identification based on indirect signals, patterns, or partial matches. Useful for prioritisation and lead scoring, but should be verified before use in outreach.

Confidence levels are included in every data delivery. You can filter by confidence to match your use case: strict for outreach scripts, broader for market sizing.

05How signals work

Real-time buying intent from weekly diffs

Because we analyse every domain every week, we can generate migration signalsby comparing this week's results to last week's. These diffs surface real buying intent that no static database can capture.

Tool switched

A clinic replaced one vendor with another (e.g. moved from Best Practice to Cliniko)

Vendor removed

A known tool disappeared from the website, often signalling active evaluation

New tool installed

A clinic added a tool for the first time (new booking widget, CRM pixel, etc.)

Growth signal

Team size increase, new location added, or rating milestone crossed

Weekly feed clients receive these signals every Monday. Monthly feed clients get a consolidated batch. One-shot extracts include a snapshot of recent signals for the requested segment.

06Privacy and compliance

Public data only, no exceptions

Yoluko only reads information that clinics have already chosen to make public. We never access anything behind a login, paywall, or authentication layer.

No login or authentication

We never log into clinic systems, patient portals, or admin panels. All analysis is from publicly accessible pages, the same content any visitor sees in a browser.

No patient data, ever

We do not collect, store, or process any patient information. Our dataset contains only business-level data: clinic names, staff names from public team pages, and technology indicators.

No aggressive scraping

We respect robots.txt directives and rate-limit all requests. Our approach is passive analysis of publicly available information, not high-volume crawling.

No survey dependency

Detection is proprietary and multi-source. We don't rely on self-reported data, vendor partnerships, or user reviews.

The legal position

Analysing publicly available business information is a well-established practice used across the data industry. Yoluko collects only business-level data (company name, staff names, technology indicators) from pages that clinics themselves publish for the public. No personal health information. No data behind authentication. Our processing of publicly available business data is consistent with the UK GDPR (legitimate interest basis, Article 6(1)(f)), the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (APP 3.4, publicly available information exemption), and the EU GDPR.
